Spa Etiquette
To make the most memorable experience a reality, I kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment in order to allow time to fill out any forms that we ask of you. Arriving late may limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest's scheduled appointment.

Gratuities
A gratuity is very much appreciated, but is not required.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact me 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $40 charge for the scheduled service.
